Health Care Recruiter – Behavioral Health Providers (Long-Term Care)
Remote | Full-Time
About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated Sourcer/Recruiter to help us find and engage Behavioral Health Providers for long-term care and skilled nursing facilities nationwide. This role focuses on talent sourcing, outreach, and early-stage screening to build strong pipelines of licensed clinicians.
ResponsibilitiesSource and engage licensed Behavioral Health Providers (LCSW, LMHC, LPC, Psychologists, etc.)
Use job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals to build candidate pipelines
Conduct initial screening calls to assess experience, interest, and licensure
Present qualified candidates to senior recruiters and support interview coordination
Maintain candidate records and follow-up in our ATS/CRM
Required:
1+ year of recruiting or sourcing experience (healthcare preferred)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable with phone outreach, email, and LinkedIn sourcing
Preferred:
Behavioral health or healthcare recruitment experience
Familiarity with therapist licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LPC, PsyD, etc.)
