We are seeking a
Registered Nurse (RN) Navigator
to:
- Work in collaboration with numerous multidisciplinary teams to help navigate patients and families.
- Coordinate specialized multi-disciplinary patient care by utilizing specialty knowledge of the pediatric patient population.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Bring their expertise in working with pediatric patients.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Required
- Master's Degree in Nursing, Social Work, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field Preferred
Work Experience
- 3 years of relevant clinical nursing experience Required
- 1 year of relevant experience in the specific patient population being supported preferred
Licenses & Certifications
- Registered Nurse license in the state of Wisconsin Required
- Basic Life Support/CPR Required
- Applicable Oncology certification based on patient population Preferred
