MC Group is hiring for a Jr. Project Manager for our client in Dallas, TX

The client is a Technology consulting firm, and this role will work alongside senior leaders to
align major technology initiatives with enterprise goals
, improve communication across teams, and support the re-establishment of the
Technology PMO
.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with the Technology Strategy Manager to
    analyze and prioritize
    technology initiatives.
  • Create
    executive-level presentations, dashboards, and reports
    summarizing key insights and outcomes.
  • Support
    change management
    and communication efforts across departments.
  • Evaluate ongoing projects to identify dependencies and recommend improvements.
  • Help define
    PMO frameworks, documentation standards, and governance processes
    .
  • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to maintain alignment and visibility.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years
    of experience in technology strategy, project management, or business analysis (consulting or PMO background preferred).
  • Proven ability to support
    enterprise IT transformations or digital strategy initiatives
    .
  • Strong communication and PowerPoint skills—comfortable preparing
    executive-ready materials
    .
  • Skilled at navigating
    large, matrixed environments
    with professionalism and discretion.
  • High EQ and relationship-building skills—able to influence without authority.
  • Bachelor's degree required
    ;
    PMP/CBAP
    or advanced degree a plus.
  • Experience in
    utilities, energy, or regulated industries
    preferred but not required.

Location: Hybrid, 2-3 days onsite; will work between a Dallas and Richardson office, depending on project needs

Contract: Long-term on-going consultancy contract role

Pay: Up to $65/hr, DOE
