Position Summary/Responsibilities: 
Design and deliver engaging, student-centered instruction that adheres to research-based practices and standards using a variety of teaching methods to meet the diverse learning needs and styles of students.
Create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment where all students feel supported and challenged.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback, differentiation and evidence-based interventions as needed.
Communicate effectively with students, parents, administrators, and colleagues regarding student progress and potential areas for improvement through various reports.
Stay current with best practices in elementary education and professional development opportunities.
Engage in department and PLC meetings, collaborate with colleagues, and fulfill assigned teaching duties.
All teachers who are new to Greece will be required to attend two teacher induction days in the month of August. 
Additionally, all teachers will be required to to work 2 teacher days in the month of August (one occurring between August 19th-30th).
