Your Daily Responsibilities

  • Operate soft-wash and low-pressure systems to apply our proprietary revitalizing solution—fast, clean, and eco-friendly.
  • Perform targeted repairs: replace pipe boots, patch flashing, swap damaged shingles, apply sealants, and more.
  • Travel to local and regional job sites (typically within a 1–2 hour radius).
  • Uphold Lapota's high standards: professionalism, quality workmanship, and unwavering commitment to safety.

Who We're Looking For

  • Technician MUST have their own, reliable truck to tow and haul with. Trailer to tow is 6000 GVWR so 150/1500 series trucks with TRAILER BRAKE CONTROLLERS are acceptable. Gas/diesel expenses are reimbursed. Tuck must be in serviceable condition with little/no visible rust.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years on asphalt-shingle roofs, adept at flashing, decking repairs, and navigating steep pitches with full fall protection.
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable with smartphones, CRM tools (e.g., JobNimbus), and basic office software (Google Suite, Zoom, MS Office).
  • Reliability: Valid driver's license, trailer experience, clean driving record, and legal authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Professionalism: Punctual, honest, self-motivated, and proud of a spotless safety track record.
  • Communication: Fluent in English; Spanish speakers encouraged to apply.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED.
  • A technician open to relocation

Schedule & Advantages
