About the position:

We are looking for Seasonal Snow Removal team members for the areas of Hudson, WI, Rodgers, MN, and Moundsview, MN.

  • Equipment operators
  • These positions are seasonal, with variable hours based on snow events. Shifts range from 6 to 12 hours, but vary based on the storm. Pay is varied based on position and applicant experience.

We are looking for people who:

  • Live within 30 minutes of the community they are applying to.
  • Are available from November 1 to April 15th
  • Able to work outdoors in freezing weather conditions
  • Maintain good physical condition to be able to lift 50-60 pounds without assistance
  • Valid and Clean driver's license with no restrictions, and the ability to be insured by From the Ground Up.
  • Operators will need to provide certification or undergo a DOT physical.
  • Ability to work well with other team members to efficiently and safely complete each assignment.
  • Pass a company safety training course
  • Ability to use a smartphone for two-way communication, mobile dispatch, and our field software
  • Work well under high-pressure situations
  • Be punctual, reliable, and passionate about providing a high level of service to our customers.

Pay range $30.00 to $42.00 per hour
