What the Role Includes:

Massage Envy McCandless is in search of a passionate, dedicated, and responsible individual to adopt the position of Shift Lead. This individual should reflect our brand values of gratitude, optimism, empathy, consistency, and consistency whilst maintaining the integrity of the clinic its employees. In the clinic manager's absence, the Shift Lead would ensure that the clinic runs smoothly and effectively. The Shift Lead's duties would include, but not be limited to, the following:

· Leading by example with exceptional customer service

· Exceeding clinic metric expectations by maintaining a strong closing percentage

· Acting as the primary point of contact for all employees under their supervision, escalating when appropriate

· Addressing and resolving customer service issues, escalating when appropriate

· Taking initiative to enact client outreach calls

· Monitoring the appointment book to ensure accuracy (adjusting appointment colors, correcting scheduling mistakes, etc.)

· Organizing and otherwise maintaining clinic materials

· Ensuring the cleanliness of the clinic space

· Delegating responsibilities to the desk staff present, to encourage independent work

· Encouraging personal growth and self-sufficiency amongst front desk staff

· Being punctual and holding others accountable for tardiness

· Acting as connective tissue between "front of house" and "back of house" staff, ensuring that effective communication, team mentality, and a positive atmosphere are supported at all times

· Attending high-level meetings to absorb and execute the discussed implementations

· Radiating a positive attitude and genuine eagerness to learn; serving as a source of inspiration to all employees

· Accepting feedback and molding from the clinic manager to ensure that the position's standards are being met.

Fast on their feet with the ability to think critically, juggle multiple tasks, and set priorities.

Great teammates who can work well with other in a fun and fast-paced environment.

Supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services.
