Job Summary:

As the Office Manager, you are responsible for efficiency in daily clinic operations to ensure safety, quality, patient experience, staff engagement, and fiscal responsibility.

In this role, you promote a culture of inclusion and team building to create a productive workflow within the clinic.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing

  • Skills: Medical terminology, excellent computer skills, organizational skills. Must have a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and be able to balance the needs of providers and organizational initiatives

  • Years of Experience: 3 years management experience in health care.

  • License: valid RN License in state of practice

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: Master's degree in Nursing or Health Care Administration.

  • Skills: Knowledge of billing practices and coding regulations.

  • Years of Experience: 5 years management experience in health care.
