About the Role

We are seeking a Media Strategist who thrives at the intersection of media and client services. This hybrid role blends strategic thinking, data-driven insights, and client-facing collaboration. The ideal candidate is equal parts researcher, strategist, and communicator—someone who can translate complex data into clear strategies and ensure media recommendations align with client goals and audience needs.

What You'll Do

  • Research & Insights
    • Conduct industry, competitive, and audience research to uncover meaningful insights.
    • Develop thoughtful points of view (POVs) and recommendations that inform client strategy.
  • Strategic Media Planning
    • Build integrated media strategies across digital, social, traditional, and emerging platforms.
    • Align plans with client business objectives, target audience behaviors, and performance data.
    • Leverage analytics and data to inform planning, optimization, and measurement.
  • Client Partnership
    • Collaborate with account and client service teams to ensure media strategies connect seamlessly to broader marketing initiatives.
    • Present research, POVs, and media recommendations with clarity and confidence.
    • Serve as a trusted partner for clients, helping them navigate a dynamic media landscape.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Partner closely with internal creative, media buying, and analytics teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
    • Ensure strategies are executable, measurable, and adaptable to client needs.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in media strategy, media planning, or a related marketing role (agency experience a plus).
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with media planning tools, analytics platforms, and measurement frameworks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills—able to translate complex ideas into simple, compelling recommendations.
  • Collaborative spirit with a client-first mindset.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
