Who We're Looking For:

• You've got intensity, leadership, and a passion for performance
• You're nationally certified group fitness instructor (AFAA, NASM, ISSA, etc.) AND/OR Certified Personal Trainer
• You are also CPR/AED ready
• You know how to coach with clarity, confidence, and care
• Bonus points if you've led bootcamps or trained clients before—but drive, charisma, and presence are what matter most

What You'll Do:

• Lead dynamic HIIT-style bootcamp classes that challenge and empower
• Bring the Crunch vibe—bold, FUN, and motivating
• Prep your workout, arrive early, and connect with members
• Keep the training zone clean and the energy high
• Promote in-club events and help build our Crunch community

SIR Fitness operates 13 Crunch locations across SoCal, including Garden Grove, Anaheim, Orange, Huntington Beach, Fountain Valley, Tustin, San Clemente, Vista, Carmel Valley, Eastlake, Oceanside, and University Square. Our clubs feature everything from Olympic lifting platforms to hydromassage beds—and our members are as diverse and driven as the instructors who lead them.
