Position Summary:

We are seeking ambitious and personable individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Sales Representatives. This is an in-person sales role with a strong emphasis on customer engagement, product knowledge, and performance-based growth.

You will represent client brands face-to-face with potential customers inside of major retail stores, like Costco, Walmart, Kroger, Sam's Club etc, depending on the campaign. No previous experience is required — we provide all training and tools needed to succeed.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Attend daily morning meetings and training at our Columbus, OH office.
  • Represent our client partners (e.g., AT&T, Inspire Energy, Nest) through face-to-face sales presentations.
  • Engage with customers in a professional and informative manner to explain product features and benefits.
  • Assist in setting up promotional displays or in-store presentations as required.
  • Close sales and accurately process customer enrollments or purchases.
  • Achieve daily and weekly performance goals and contribute to team targets.
  • Provide real-time feedback and insights from customer interactions.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with both teammates and customers.

  • Commission-only compensation with average weekly earnings between $450–$1,000, depending on performance. We do offer a base pay guarantee.
