Little Silver Animal Hospital is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team of skilled professionals. We are a growing 8 Doctor practice in the Red Bank area. As a LSAH Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent care. If you are passionate about animal welfare and possess the required skills or the desire to learn, we welcome you to be part of our Team.

**Responsibilities**

  • Provide excellent client service

  • Working as part of a team to ensure the health and well-being of our patients

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the hospital

  • Provide friendly and professional client education

  • Utilize computers to communicate with team, review and update medical records

**Experience**

  • Previous experience working as a Veterinary Customer Service Representative or similar role is preferred

  • Proficiency in handling various front desk tasks such as scheduling, phone skills, invoicing and relaying messages.

Physical Requirements:

While performing duties of this job, employees may be regularly required to lift and/or move up to fifty pounds as well as bend, sit, squat, stand and walk for periods of time. This job also includes significant phone and computer work which will need to be performed.
