About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Litigation Attorney to join the dynamic team in the Denver Office. The ideal candidate will have 3-6+ years of experience in Commercial litigation, preferably gained at a reputable law firm. Insurance coverage litigation is a plus. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and the chance to work on a diverse range of challenging and high-profile cases.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation proceedings.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
  • Assist with all aspects of discovery, including document production, depositions, and witness interviews.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and tactics.
  • Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
  • Maintain communication with clients and provide regular updates on case developments.
  • Manage multiple cases simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Stay abreast of legal developments and changes in case law relevant to assigned cases.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Bar in Colorado.
  • 3-6 years of experience practicing commercial litigation law, preferably with a well-respected law firm.
  • Strong legal research and writing skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Prior experience with case management software is a plus.
