Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate CNC mills to machine tight-tolerance parts for aerospace applications.
  • Program CNC mills and optimize tool paths for complex contoured components.
  • Select and apply the right tools, feeds, and speeds for aluminum and titanium.
  • Inspect parts using precision measuring instruments to ensure quality standards.
    Interpret and work from blueprints and GD&T specifications.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of CNC Mill Machinist experience in aerospace or precision manufacturing.
  • Strong CNC setup, operation, and programming skills.
  • Deep understanding of tooling, feeds, speeds, and machining strategies.
  • Skilled in precision measurement and blueprint interpretation.
  • U.S. citizenship or Permanent Residency (per ITAR regulations).
    Active DOD clearance required.
