We are currently seeking a
Costco Program Coordinator
to join our growing team. This role will be pivotal in coordinating with Costco support team to improve satisfaction from Costco's retail program on a nationwide level. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating and maintaining a phenomenal experience amongst Costco Executives, Costco Members & Internal Stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all Costco-related inquiries and issues
  • Manage the ongoing relationship and communication with Costco Executives.
  • Promptly monitor and resolve any Costco member escalations.
  • Track and approve any Costco margin adjustments for escalations.
  • Review, resolve or cancel leads based off data from Centah dashboard. (CRM)
  • Analyze program performance metrics and provide feedback to optimize processes and improve customer experiences
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, sales, and operations to ensure program requirements are met
  • Spearhead and lead continuous improvement efforts.
  • Communicate regularly and share program development updates with internal stakeholders
  • Review Costco final paperwork to ensure all documents are being uploaded accurately for Costco's approval

Job Details:

  • Monday- Friday (8:00am-5:00pm)
  • Fully remote, Arizona preferred.
  • $24.00/hr + depending on experience

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in program coordination or project management
  • Previous experience working with Costco or a similar big-box retail environment is a strong plus
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
  • A customer-centric approach with the ability to maintain strong relationships
