Network Engineer

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain our network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in networking principles and protocols, along with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize network performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement network solutions to meet organizational needs.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Configure and maintain routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Implement and manage VPNs and other secure networking solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless network operations.
• Document network configurations, changes, and procedures.
• Conduct network assessments and audits to enhance performance and security.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Network Engineer or similar role.
• Valid CCNA certification is required.
• Strong understanding of IP Networking concepts and protocols.
• Familiarity with the OSI model and common routing protocols such as RIP, OSPF, and EIGRP.
• Experience with network analysis tools like Wireshark, Netscout, IXIA, or Spirent is a plus.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Secret Clearance if necessary.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
