Department Details
Join a diverse team of professionals working every day to delivery high quality telecom services to a market with over 15K endpoints on an enterprise level team supporting over 65K end points. Ensuring our front line health care providers can communicate with each other and our clients.

Job Summary
Provides foundational support for the unified communications (UC) infrastructure across the enterprise. Utilizes analytic skills and experiences to investigate and resolve or escalate support issues. Provides mentoring to unified communications technicians and promotes team concept. Exhibits senior level knowledge of unified communications technologies support.

Works with the various departments on the daily assignments, training needs, and maintenance requirements associated with the technology platforms. Provides expert Tier 1 support for unified communication technologies. Ability to work directly with internal customers to gather information and troubleshoot issues. Engages and collaborates enterprise-wide to support and maintain solutions to enable effective communications tools. Interacts directly with the business to assist in providing direction on appropriate usage of unified communication technologies.

Must be able to drive to locations requesting services and support.

Qualifications
Associate's degree required or three years' experience related to communication technology.

Two years' experience in communication technology or related field required.

Valid Driver's License required. Must maintain a good driving record.
