We are seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Data Validation Officer to join our Administrative department. This is an hourly, full-time position that requires fluency in English. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across various systems and reports. You will collaborate with internal teams to maintain a high standard of data integrity, playing a pivotal role in supporting operational efficiency and informed decision-making.

What You'll Do

  • Validate and verify the accuracy of data across multiple systems, reports, and databases.
  • Identify and rectify data inconsistencies or discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline data entry processes and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
  • Proactively monitor and audit data quality to maintain system integrity.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of data validation procedures and best practices.
  • Support the preparation of reports by ensuring all data used is reliable and up-to-date.
  • Utilize tools and software to automate and enhance data validation processes where possible.
  • Provide feedback and training to stakeholders to improve overall data quality.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in data validation, data entry, or a related role.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with database management systems, spreadsheets, and data validation tools.
  • Ability to handle large volumes of data while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Experience working in an administrative or virtual role is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
