This is a hybrid role. Must be located within 60 miles of Harrisburg, PA or Tampa, FL areas.

Summary

The Project Coordinator will operate within SCALE Business Operations, overseeing projects focused on customer onboarding, system and process improvements, or other strategic initiatives as needed. This role is accountable for the effective initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of SCALE projects. The Project Coordinator will play an active role in configuring accounts utilizing D&H systems and tools according to specified requirements, as well as coordinating and supporting testing activities and their execution.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain rapport with the Project Team and Stakeholders which may include customers, contractors, consultants, vendors, and D&H coworkers.
  • Co-develop project charter with project scope, goals, and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring feasibility.
  • Develop project plans to track progress.
  • Facilitate discussions to secure necessary resources for project tasks.
  • Prioritize work, setting expectations for the team.
  • Coordinate and assist in executing test plans/scenarios
  • Develop procedures to support the achievement of the project objectives.
  • Request new account setup and configure new accounts per project requirements
  • Use verification techniques to manage changes in project scope and schedule.
  • Manage and report project schedules and status reports to stakeholders according to Project communication plan.
  • Proactively identify and resolve risks and issues that may impede successful project completion.
  • Measure project performance using available systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Review and evaluate project deliverables before release.
  • Ensure that assigned projects are delivered on-time and within scope.
  • Create and maintain project documentation and artifacts.

Requirements

  • Education

o Bachelor's degree in business or information technology discipline is preferred.

  • Experience

o 2+ years of Project Management with experience managing small to medium-sized projects.

o Experience with project planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting.

o Experience with change management, project risk mitigation, and issue management.

o Experienced using Microsoft tools to manage projects.

o Experience in Supply Chain Management or Distribution is a plus.

o Knowledge of third-party-logistics, B2B connectivity.

o Ability to understand and manage the project critical path.

o Ability to work effectively in a time sensitive environment.

o Proficient in Microsoft Project Professional, Microsoft Project for the Web, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Visio, or other tools for managing project plans and project work.

o Ability to communicate written and verbally across all levels of the organization.
