Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and expanding our market presence through strategic sales efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, expertise in B2B and B2G sales, and a passion for building lasting customer relationships. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by leveraging your knowledge of marketing, technology sales, and territory management. Duties
- Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and market research to expand the customer base.
- Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs, highlighting features and benefits.
- Develop and execute territory management strategies to maximize sales opportunities within assigned regions.
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer data, and analyze sales performance.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support lead generation efforts.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining ongoing communication with clients.
- Upsell additional products or services to existing customers to increase revenue streams.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth in B2B markets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing sales pipelines and customer data.
- Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in technical sales or product demos is preferred, especially within technology or industrial sectors.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies, lead generation techniques, and inside/outside sales processes.
- Demonstrated ability in analysis skills for assessing market opportunities and client needs.
- Valid drivers license required.
- Experience in the construction industry a plus.
- Knowledge of social media with application to sales necessary.

Pay: $65, $150,000.00 per year
