Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Assistant to support our accounting department. The ideal candidate will assist with a variety of accounting tasks, including processing transactions, reconciling accounts, maintaining financial records, and supporting the month-end closing process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day accounting operations and data entry.
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
  • Reconcile bank statements.
  • Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records.
  • Support the month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Maintain and organize physical financial files.
  • Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal departments as needed.
  • Assist with audits, tax filings, and other compliance-related tasks.
  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties to support the accounting team.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $ $17.00 per hour
