Overview

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various welding techniques and fabrication processes, with the ability to read blueprints and schematics. This position requires attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work effectively in a repair manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform MIG, TIG, FCAW, Arc, Brazing, Torching, and Plasma cutting welding on various materials.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project specifications.
  • Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely and effectively.
  • Conduct fabrication tasks including assembly.
  • Operate cranes and forklifts for material handling during the welding process.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and accurately.

Requirements

  • 5 Years of experience.
  • Proven experience in welding, particularly in repair environments.
  • Proficiency in MIG, TIG, FCAW, Arc, Brazing, Torching, and Plasma cutting welding techniques.
  • Familiarity with mechanical tools such as calipers, micrometers, and press brake machines.
  • Strong understanding of basic math principles for precise measurements.
  • Experience with rigging, machining, soldering, plasma cutting, and assembly tasks is preferred.
  • Ability to operate heavy machinery including cranes and forklifts safely.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
