About the Role:

Arrow Alliance Industries is seeking a Senior Data Systems Engineer to support the Bureau of Indian Education's FACE Educational Support Services program. This position plays a key role in ensuring our educational data platforms are secure, compliant, and optimized for performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of FACE program data systems.
  • Manage system design documentation and ensure FedRAMP SaaS compliance.
  • Oversee data migration, testing, and modernization of existing platforms.
  • Configure and maintain Power BI dashboards, Power Apps, SharePoint, and FormAssembly.
  • Ensure compliance with FISMA, NIST, Privacy Act, and Section 508 requirements.
  • Provide technical recommendations, cost/risk assessments, and documentation for system changes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in data systems engineering and federal compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of Power BI, Microsoft Power Platform, and data integration.
  • Demonstrated success with FedRAMP/FISMA IT security compliance.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Must be authorized to work in United States.
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
  • Must be available to travel, if applicable.
