The RoleIntern must be available to work full time (40 hours/week) during the 10-week program.
- Program Dates: May 29 – August 7, 2026.
- Location: This position is fully remote / work from home in the continental US.
- Work Authorization: US Work Authorization required for this role.
Program eligibility is contingent on the candidate's commitment to the entire 10-week program. No exceptions will be made.
The Main ResponsibilitiesThis intern will be aligned to our Network Planning organization which focuses on strategic and tactical network planning to optimize assets and drive operational efficiency. We develop long-range market-level plans, mid-range consolidation strategies, and detailed execution roadmaps across multiple network layers. The team manages program governance, resource planning, and change management frameworks to ensure alignment with financial targets and transformation initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and mitigating risks, we enable sustainable growth and deliver measurable cost savings.
- Optimize Planning processes to improve efficiency
- Data aggregation and analysis to drive margin-improvement initiatives and actions, for leadership consumption
- Integrate new technologies, leveraging AI, to accelerate process and product transformation
- Ad-hoc reporting and analysis to support Director and VP level initiatives
Required qualifications
- Enrolled at a 4-year accredited college or university, rising senior level education status at the start of the internship.
- Graduating August 2026 – May 2028
- Preferred fields include but not limited to: Engineering, Business, Informtation Technology, Computer Science
Proficiency and understanding of:
- MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Familiarity with formatting, templates, and visual design principles.
- Experience with data visualization tools or techniques is a plus.
Internship compensation ranges depend on each individual's level of education, geographic location, and experience/qualifications aligned to the role.
Hourly Based Pay Range:
Min: $ 26/hour
Max: $ 38/hour
