Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking a dynamic Cafe Operations Manager to lead hospitality operations at a prestigious banking client.

In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily café operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and managing a team of Sodexo hourly associates. You'll serve as the key point of contact for client interactions, driving service excellence and operational efficiency.

  • Lead and manage café operations to meet Sodexo and client standards
  • Ensure high levels of client and guest satisfaction through exceptional service
  • Supervise and develop frontline team members
  • Monitor financial performance and meet budgetary goals
  • Collaborate with client partners to continuously improve service

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experienceMinimum Management Experience - 2 yearsMinimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
