McDaniel Family Services is a dynamic and growing company seeking a versatile Human Resources Generalist to join our team and help support our Piggly Wiggly Food For Less grocery stores in North Florida, Georgia, and Alabama. As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in attracting, retaining, and supporting our most valuable asset—our people.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Administer and help develop competitive compensation and benefits programs to ensure we attract and retain top talent.
- Administer and analyze employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and equitable.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screen applications, conduct interviews, and coordinate the hiring process.
- Address employee questions and provide support on compensation and benefit-related matters.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding compensation, benefits, and HR-related inquiries.
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Support employee relations and other HR initiatives as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- What Would Make You Stand Out:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in compensation and benefits, including benefits administration and design preferred.
- Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in recruitment and HR administration.
- Work Location: Hybrid/Remote options but must be available to meet at the corporate office as needed for meetings, training, etc.

Pay Range: $45,000 - $55,000 annually based on experience
