We're seeking a Marketing Coordinator / Agency Liaison to support BarkerBlue's marketing initiatives. This role is perfect for a recent college graduate who's highly organized, tech-savvy, and likes to take ownership of projects.

You'll be the point person between BarkerBlue's leadership team and our marketing agency, which handles Google Ads, SEO, website updates, and campaign strategy. Your job will be to ensure deliverables are met, projects stay on schedule, and marketing goals are tracked and communicated clearly.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact between BarkerBlue and our external marketing agency.
  • Track timelines, deliverables, and campaign performance across all marketing channels.
  • Coordinate internal input, approvals, and content needed for marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain project status updates and communicate progress to key stakeholders.
  • Support the development of marketing materials and internal communications.
  • Assist in gathering and analyzing metrics to evaluate campaign performance.
  • Help ensure brand consistency across platforms and projects.

About You

  • Recent college graduate or early-career professional with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Eager to apply digital marketing concepts like SEO, analytics, and content strategy.
  • Comfortable working in a small team and taking ownership of projects.
  • Positive, proactive, and ready to make an impact.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 24 per week
