This is an entry level position with a development track to becoming a paralegal with an assigned case load.

The legal assistant works closely with Team paralegals and attorneys to learn and complete necessary tasks.

Recent college graduates have excelled in this role and ultimately transition to a paralegal role with time, experience and proven proficiency.

Qualifications include strong team player, ability to multi-task and prioritize, attention to detail, strong work ethic, desire to help people, highly organized, ability to maintain confidentiality and professional.
