MOLDING Lead Inspector/Packer

- Overall responsible for Inspector/Packer day-to-day activities and shift changes.
- Maintain a safe work environment (via on-going training) and maintain the workplace clean and organized.
- Device History Records (DHR): Prepare daily/next day Job Packets for production runs.
- On-Going Communication of pertinent information, problems/issues, events, meetings, training.
- Prepare and validate daily production labels. Responsible for sending partials and receiving End of Labels.
- Schedule machine assignments, breaks, lunch, overtime, vacation, back-up coverage, and shutdown.
- Support Inspector/Packers, as needed.
- Set up, schedule, monitor and manage re-work.
- Daily auditing of scales.
- Receive daily dryer sheets in coordination with Material Handlers.
- Send out Daily Rundown form to management.
- Report on Production.
