As the face of our brand on the road, you'll ensure that every order arrives fresh, accurate, and beautifully presented—turning each delivery into a memorable experience.

What You'll Do:
  • Delivery Pro: Safely load, transport, and deliver catering orders on time and in excellent condition.
  • Customer Connection: Provide friendly, professional service at every stop—presenting orders with care and addressing any questions with a smile.
  • Quality Keeper: Ensure food is delivered at the correct temperature and maintains La Madeleine's high-quality standards.
  • Vehicle Caretaker: Keep your delivery vehicle clean, organized, and in good working order. Report any issues promptly.
  • Safety First: Follow traffic laws, food safety, and company procedures to ensure a safe, smooth delivery experience.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Comfort using GPS and navigation apps
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to lift and carry catering trays and boxes
  • Previous delivery or food service experience is a plus

This position operates in a restaurant and delivery environment. Team members are frequently exposed to hot equipment, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires regular standing, bending, lifting, and reaching.
