FORM is a fitness studio that offers Reformer Pilates, Personal Training, and Heated Yoga & Mat Pilates. Our goal is to meet members where they are to give them a workout that feels good in their bodies. We want them to feel challenged AND to feel safe and motivated.

Job Summary

Our Reformer Pilates Instructor will teach group classes of up to 11 people and privates/semi-privates when scheduled. We are looking for a teacher who is comfortable with the classical movements, and can also add some creativity for a more contemporary Flow, as we off a mix at the studio. Our instructor must also be efficient at layering and offering modifications/challenges for a variety of audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead group reformer Pilates classes, ensuring proper technique and safety for all participants
  • Develop and modify class programs to suit various skill levels and individual needs
  • Incorporate knowledge of body mechanics, physiology, and anatomy to optimize workout effectiveness
  • Educate clients on proper form, breathing techniques, and injury prevention
  • Promote a positive and motivating atmosphere that encourages member engagement
  • Assist with gym operations such as member inquiries and program promotion.

Qualifications

  • Education and experience in Reformer Pilates required
  • Experience teaching Reformer prefered
  • Strong knowledge of Pilates reformer exercises, anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics
  • Additional skills in yoga or personal training a plus

Pay: $ $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2.0 – 20 per week
