Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Aesthetic Injector with a passion for natural-looking results and patient-centered care to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in cosmetic injections, including dermal fillers and botulinum toxin treatments, along with strong communication skills and commitment to continued growth. The Aesthetic Injector will be responsible for performing non-invasive cosmetic procedures, providing personalized consultations, and maintaining a professional, sanitized environment aligned with industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Administer aesthetic injections such as Botox, dermal fillers, and other minimally invasive treatments with precision and care.
- Conduct thorough consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate treatment options.
- Educate clients on the benefits, risks, and aftercare of procedures to ensure informed decisions.
- Maintain strict sanitation and safety protocols in accordance with medical guidelines.
- Manage patient records and follow ups
- Stay updated on the latest aesthetic techniques, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage social media accounts to showcase treatments, client testimonials, and promotional events.
Qualifications
- Active PA or NP license to practice in Georgia
- 2+ years of hands-on aesthetic injection experience
- Proven experience in aesthetic procedures within a med spa or similar environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Social media content creation
- Competence in sanitation practices and maintaining a sterile environment.
- Additional skills such as microneedling and chemical peel treatments, preferred but not required.
Compensation
Competitive hourly rate + commission + performance bonuses.
Exact structure based on experience and revenue performance.
