Physical Therapist (Part-Time / Full-Time)

About the Role

Srimatrix Health is hiring a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our client's team in Yonkers, NY. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient-centered physical therapy services, collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals, and help patients achieve optimal mobility, function, and wellness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for patients.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify physical impairments and functional limitations.
  • Develop and modify therapy plans to improve strength, endurance, balance, and mobility.
  • Document patient progress accurately in accordance with clinic and regulatory standards.
  • Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and preventive care.
  • Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, and other allied health professionals.
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA, state, and facility guidelines.

Qualifications

Minimum Required:

  • Valid New York State Physical Therapy License (PT License)

Preferred:

  • Experience working in outpatient, rehabilitation, or pain management settings.
  • Familiarity with insurance participation and documentation systems.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills.

Schedule & Employment Type

  • Flexible options available: Part-Time or Full-Time
  • Daytime hours, Monday through Friday
