HVAC Service Helper
to join our growing team We're seeking someone with at least
3 years of experience
as an HVAC helper or hands-on experience in a
mechanical or construction-related trade

What You'll Do

  • Assist HVAC Service Technicians with diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems.
  • Support in loading, unloading, and organizing tools, materials, and equipment for each service call.
  • Perform basic mechanical tasks such as installing filters, cleaning coils, checking refrigerant pressures, and assisting with system testing.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment—both in the shop and on customer properties.
  • Safely operate hand and power tools under the direction of a lead technician.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure quality service and job satisfaction.
  • Follow company safety procedures, job site policies, and local codes at all times.
  • Provide excellent customer service and represent the company in a professional, courteous manner.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an HVAC Helper or in a related mechanical or construction trade (plumbing, electrical, sheet metal, or similar).
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand and power tools.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a variety of environments (attics, crawl spaces, outdoors).
  • Willingness to learn and advance within the HVAC trade.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-player attitude.
  • EPA Certification or HVAC training a plus but not required.
  • Requirements Valid driver's license, clean driving record, background check, and drug screen
