Hiring for Med Techs & Caregivers- Day, Evening & NOC Shift- HIRING NOW COMPETITIVE PAY SCALE.

Paintbrush Assisted Living and Memory Care in Fresno, California seeking compassionate reliable Med Techs and Caregivers to join our team. Ideal candidates will have the sincere desire to make a positive difference in the lives of our seniors.

Day shift (6am-2pm)

Evening Shift (2pm-10pm)

NOC Shift (10pm-6am)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents to thrive in a caring and motivating environment.
  • Provide light housekeeping around their apartment that residents can't complete on their own.
  • Assist residents with ambulation and mobility.
  • Assist residents with personal care and hygiene.
  • Encourage residents to attend activities.
  • Assist with meal deliveries to apartments and resident requests.
  • Be a pleasant and supportive companion.
  • Report any unusual incidents.
  • Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency.
  • Assist/Administer medications as prescribed by the resident's physician.

Skills

  • Knowledge of ADL's and ability to perform task for/with resident.
  • Has done meds on a med cart and has done care for at least one year preferred.
  • Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards.
  • Respectful and compassionate.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ethics.
  • Physical endurance.

Requirements:

  • Ability to pass background check.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • One year of caregiver or med tech experience preferred, but not necessary. We will train.
  • Valid First Aid/CPR Certification.
  • Have fun at work

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $ $19.50 per hour
