- Oversee and support the Communications & Events Coordinator, with special emphasis on creating, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive strategic plan for Foundation communications, marketing, and social media.
Philanthropy and Donor Portfolio Management
- Manage and oversee all aspects of a portfolio of major donors who believe in our mission. Use the opportunities of connecting with donors to teach, advocate, encourage, counsel, and witness the teachings and beliefs of the Catholic faith, and by extension, the teachings of St. John Paul II as experienced through the initiatives offered by the St. John Paul II Foundation.
- Work closely with the President to ensure prospects and current donors move effectively through the donor management cycle.
- Create comprehensive reports detailing philanthropic activity, project KPIs, and organizational progress.

- Plan, coordinate, and execute special events for the Office of the President, including post-event follow-up.
- Oversee the implementation of an internal initiative for team professional development, ensuring alignment with the Foundation's Catholic culture.
General Duties
- Contribute to the professional environment and Catholic culture of the Foundation.
- Maintain strict confidentiality with all matters.
- Participate in staff meetings and other projects connected with the Foundation and perform other duties as assigned by the President.
Qualifications:
