Join Farmer Brothers as a Beverage Equipment Route Representative

Help us deliver exceptional coffee and tea experiences to workplaces and foodservice customers. This role blends delivery, merchandising, equipment care, and relationship-driven selling.

Your impact
  • Keep every assigned account in-stock, on-schedule, and aligned to beverage station standards.
  • Protect product quality and the customer experience with a minimum of one daily Cup Quality Check (CQC).
  • Promote growth by increasing Revenue per Stop—close distribution voids, run seasonal/LTO promotions, and execute pricing actions.
Core responsibilities
  • Deliver, stock, and rotate coffee, tea, and related items for each scheduled call.
  • Clean and maintain equipment; perform basic adjustments and minor fixes.
  • Follow The Farmer Brothers Way to Sell on every customer call; make opportunistic sales calls when time permits.
  • Own route administration: invoices, inventory reconciliation, and daily collections.
  • Flag issues, inefficiencies, or customer concerns to the Area Sales Manager (ASM) promptly; support inventory cycle counts, warehouse work, and customer projects.
  • Assist in warehouse operations, accounts receivable collections, and customer service tasks as needed.
Schedule & driving
  • Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–3:30 pm; overtime as needed
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to complete a successful DOT physical
What you bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Route delivery and customer service experience (preferred)
  • Foodservice background (a plus)
  • Clean, solid driving record
