What You Will Be Doing
As a Maintenance Technician at our food production facility, you'll play a crucial role in keeping our operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting and repairing equipment, conducting preventive maintenance to prevent downtime, and ensuring that all machinery meets safety and quality standards. You'll work closely with production teams to address any issues that arise and prioritize maintenance tasks to minimize disruptions to production. Additionally, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and collaborating with vendors to procure parts and services as needed. Your expertise and dedication will be instrumental in ensuring the reliable and efficient operation of our facility.

"The salary is $37.96 hourly. Starting salary will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications. There may be flexibility for exceptional candidates.

Key Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance on production machinery and equipment.

Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in a timely manner.

Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and prevent breakdowns.

Collaborate with the production team to ensure minimal downtime.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs.

Qualifications
Proven experience as a mechanic in a food production or similar industrial environment.

Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment.

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.

Strong communication skills.
