About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Advisor – Statistics to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. The ideal candidate will bring deep statistical expertise, strong leadership, and hands-on experience supporting Clinical Research and Development initiatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful projects that shape evidence-based medical decisions and advance innovative therapies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, analyze, and interpret clinical trials and research studies.
- Develop and validate statistical methodologies for study protocols and data analysis plans.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including clinical operations, regulatory, and data management.
- Provide strategic statistical input into project planning and decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and industry standards.
- Mentor junior statisticians and contribute to continuous improvement of statistical processes.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in Statistics or Biostatistics (required).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Clinical Research and Development.
- Strong knowledge of statistical software (e.g., SAS, R).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $160, $250,000.00 per year
