Located in Ponte Vedra Beach, The Yards is a multi-sport, social, and event destination designed to bring people together through play, community, and memorable experiences. Our property features a 15-hole golf course, 12 pickleball courts, 10 tennis courts, and a variety of indoor and outdoor event venues. As a growing and dynamic organization, The Yards is committed to exceptional service, creative programming, and elevating the standard for modern club experiences.

We're looking for a Marketing & Membership Coordinator to join our fun & energetic team and help support our continued growth and commitment to exceptional service.

DUTIES

Marketing:

  • Social media: Curating media, writing captions, answering messages, community management, etc. for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Content creation
  • Email marketing: Contact imports, email creation, monthly newsletter, tagging/sorting contacts, etc.
  • Graphic design: Create flyers for sports + events
  • Strategize methods for community outreach, including print and digital advertising for club events, programs, promotions, etc.
  • Assisting the Director of Marketing & Membership with other marketing/communications tasks as needed

Membership:

  • Administrative tasks such as creating member profiles, data entry, processing/scanning/filing paperwork
  • Meeting with prospective members + leading tours of the facility
  • Work with the Director of Marketing & Membership on member retention strategies, membership renewals, promotions, and events
  • Assisting the Director of Marketing & Membership with other membership tasks as needed

Events:

  • Assist the Marketing + Sales team with planning and coordinating member & community events throughout the year

Clerical:

  • While this role is based at our front desk, it is not a receptionist position. Reception duties are limited to warmly welcoming and directing visitors on occasion.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, hospitality, or related field preferred
  • 1+ years experience in a similar role preferred
  • Comfortable working individually and with a team
  • Ready to jump in and learn
  • Basic photography and videography skills preferred
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

40 hours/week

Monday through Friday with weekend + evening availability for events

This is an in-office position with primarily desk-based work; however, the role also requires the ability to stand and be on your feet for extended periods during events and on-site activities.

Pay: $ $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
