Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries with professionalism, and supporting our clients with efficiency and clarity. This position requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
Assist clients with troubleshooting, product information, and general support needs
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer issues are effectively resolved
