Summary / Objective

As the Senior Corporate FP&A Analyst, you will be a key contributor in supporting the financial strategy of our organization. This role will support the Director of FP&A (Corporate) through partnering with leadership across the organization to help develop the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, monthly reporting to investors, headcount planning across the organization, and ensure financial outcomes align with overall business goals.

This role reports to the Director, Financial Planning & Analysis.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the technical lead and key contributor for the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
  • Manage the system workflow for consolidating corporate expenses and business unit inputs, ensuring seamless integration with the overall financial model (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow)
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to provide insights into performance and areas for improvement
  • Develop methods to monitor key financial metrics with insights on variance and future impact
  • Assist the Director of FP&A in building timely and accurate financial reports for senior management, the board of directors, and external stakeholders.
  • Support the preparation of the monthly financial reporting package that goes to the board and investors
  • Own the end-to-end functionality of the core financial planning software, including system maintenance, data integrity validation, management of rules and hierarchies, configuration of reports and dashboards, and optimization of the database structure to support complex financial models and reporting requirements
  • Develop strong working relationships with business partners to help achieve strategic and tactical goals including being a subject matter expert on expense variance and reporting
  • Help build and provide data for models and financial insights to support strategic initiatives and investments
  • Other duties as assigned

Who You Are / What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience; MBA or CFA is a plus
  • 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools (Excel, NetSuite, Jedox, Adaptive, Pigment, Anaplan, Tableau)
  • Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to present and articulate financial information and complex models simply and concisely
  • Highly flexible, comfortable with large amounts of information, adept at managing expectations, and able to set and adjust priorities as needed
  • Experience working for a PE backed business and comfortable communicating with various levels of ownership
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Ability to work across time zones as part of a global organization

Salary Range

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $103,000 - $134,000 (flexibility based on experience) plus benefits as described below. In addition, the successful candidate will be eligible to receive other compensation from time to time in the form of discretionary and/or nondiscretionary bonuses and long-term incentive plan. Actual compensation will be influenced by a candidate's qualifications, internal employee equity considerations, and location. We will not ask for information about a candidate's current or past compensation for purposes of developing an offer of employment.

US team members (and their spouses, domestic partners, and/or dependent children) are covered by generously subsidized medical, dental, and vision insurance which includes company contributions to a Health Savings Accounts. Team members are also covered by company-paid life and disability insurance and have the option of participating in employee-paid supplemental life, accidental death and dismemberment, critical illness, and accident insurance. In addition, team members can enroll in the company's 401(k) plan with up to a 5% match. You receive 15 days of paid vacation yearly, increasing to 20 days after one year. Additionally, you get 5 days of paid sick leave, 13 paid holidays, and 20 weeks of paid parental leave for birthing parents, 12 weeks for others. Also, there's an opportunity for tuition reimbursement for qualifying expenses.
