As a Security Professional - Unarmed Patrol Specialist in Salisbury, MD, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within a dynamic food and beverage production environment. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you conduct routine patrols and interact with staff and visitors. You will play a key role in maintaining a secure atmosphere through exceptional customer service and clear communication, all while upholding our values of agility, reliability, and teamwork. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a food and beverage production location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report any unusual activity.
• Document observations, incidents, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.
• Communicate with site personnel and visitors in a professional manner while upholding the standards of Allied Universal.
• Support site operations by assisting with access control, visitor management, and other security-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
