Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Bilingual Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be able to assist customers efficiently and professionally.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Spanish, Russian, Cantonese OR Mandarin
  • previous customer service/call center experience is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Answer Incoming Calls: Respond to non-emergency medical inquiries from patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders with a focus on empathy and professionalism.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Schedule, reschedule, and confirm medical appointments, ensuring that all relevant information is accurately recorded in the system.
  • Provide Information: Offer clear and accurate information about medical services, procedures, and policies to patients and their families.
  • Data Entry: Accurately input patient information, appointment details, and call notes into the database.
  • Patient Support: Assist patients with understanding their medical insurance coverage, referral processes, and any pre-appointment requirements.
  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve patient concerns or issues, escalating to higher-level support when necessary.
  • Compliance: Adhere to all privacy and confidentiality regulations, including HIPAA, to ensure the protection of patient information.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure a smooth and efficient call center operation.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $25.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
