Responsibilities

  • Provide a wide range of professional nail services, including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art designs using advanced techniques.
  • Apply knowledge of color theory to create customized nail designs that complement clients' styles and preferences.
  • Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by properly sterilizing tools and ensuring a clean work environment in accordance with health regulations.
  • Offer personalized consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable nail treatments or enhancements such as nail care routines or extensions.
  • Promote retail sales of nail care products, skincare items, and related beauty accessories through effective upselling strategies.
  • Stay current with industry trends and new techniques in nail care, esthetic laser treatments, eyelash extensions, hair styling, hair extensions, hair threading, body waxing, dermabrasion, and other aesthetic services.
  • Communicate clearly with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships while managing appointment schedules efficiently.

Requirements

  • Valid cosmetology license with certification in nail technology from an accredited program.
  • Proven experience as a Nail Technician with a strong portfolio of nail art and design work.
  • Deep understanding of nail care procedures, sanitation protocols, and safety standards.
  • Knowledge of color theory to craft visually appealing designs tailored to individual clients.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clientele.
  • Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Familiarity with advanced treatments such as esthetic laser therapy, dermabrasion, eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair styling, hair extensions, barbering techniques, and hair threading is highly desirable.
