Description:
*Senior Brand Manager, Innovation*
Drive growth by leading the development of new product platforms within a multi-year innovation pipeline across retail, convenience, and foodservice channels. This role focuses on creating consumer-driven concepts, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful product launches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute long-term innovation strategy.
  • Lead new product platform creation and launch.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and P&Ls.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and regional efforts.
  • Present concepts to customers
  • Travel ~50%.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS required; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years in CPG marketing/product development.
  • Proven success in new product launches and financial modeling.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
