We are currently preparing to launch several high-potential international brands and looking for a talented and experienced TikTok Store Operations Assistant Manager to join our team.

Location: Pomona, California

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

l Oversee and manage the daily operations of our TikTok store.

l Plan and execute TikTok shop operations, marketing strategies, and promotional campaigns to drive sales and brand awareness.

l Analyze data and provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommended actions.

l Coordinate with external MCN agency (responsible mainly for influencer collaboration), and provide direction, feedback, and performance review.

l Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination on product, pricing, logistics, and marketing initiatives.

l Stay up to date on platform changes, algorithm updates, and competitive activity across marketplaces.

l Proactively explore new tools, tactics, and platform updates to enhance channel performance

Qualifications:

l Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, E-commerce or a related field preferred.

l Proven experience in managing or operating a TikTok store (experience with TikTok store backend or internal workflow is a big plus).

l Strong understanding of TikTok ecosystem, influencer marketing, and e-commerce trends.

l Excellent communication and organizational skills.

l Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset and strong sense of ownership.

l Highly self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.

l Excellent communication skills in English; Chinese (Mandarin) bilingual is preferred.
