Responsibilities

• Open and set-up bar correctly.
• Display liquor bottles on shelves according to the provided list.
• Ensure all glasses are clean and polished at all times.
• Fruit tray must always be clean, full and filled with fresh fruit. When filling fruit trays throughout the shift always rotate fruit. Place bottom fruit on top of newly cut fruit.
• Read and place an entry in the logbook daily.
• Update the liquor / wine inventory with correct information.
• Ensure the lounge area is always clean and inviting for the guests.
• Stock necessary supplies and utensils.
• Provide excellent customer service. Interact with guest in a friendly and professional manner.
• Be proficient with the wine list, liquor selection, and various menus.
• Create a weekly drink special and have approved by DRM.
• Communicate any issues concerning daily duties or inventory directly with the DRM.
• Notify maintenance when beer or alcohol inventory needs to be replenished.
• Proficient in all house drink recipes. 
• Uniform and personal appearance must be clean and professional at all times.
