Introduction to the Job
As a System Integration and Test Engineer, you'll play a key role in developing and validating advanced semiconductor equipment. You'll work alongside a team of engineers and scientists to solve complex technical challenges and ensure our products meet the highest standards of performance and reliability. Your work directly supports ASML's mission to push the boundaries of technology and enable the production of ever-smaller, faster, and more powerful microchips.
Role And Responsibilities
As a System Integration and Test Engineer, you'll support the development and implementation of solutions that improve system performance and reliability. You'll help integrate modules, validate designs, and troubleshoot issues across mechanical, electrical, optical, and control systems.
- Integrating system modules and components into EUV platforms and supporting global deployments.
- Troubleshooting complex, multidisciplinary issues across mechanical, electrical, and optical domains.
- Supporting cross-functional teams to ensure modules meet performance, serviceability, and cost targets.
- Developing and executing test plans to validate system performance and reliability.
- Participating in design reviews and providing feedback on safety, quality, and process controls.
- Leading issue resolution efforts for factory and field escalations.
- Collaborating with global teams to coordinate integration activities and share technical insights.
- Translating field data into design improvements and supporting continuous product enhancement.
Education And Experience
- A bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering, physics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years (with bachelor's) or 3 years (with master's) of relevant experience.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, optical, and control systems.
- Familiarity with system integration practices and performance validation.

The current base annual salary range for this role is currently:
$100,875-168,125
Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.
The Company offers employees and their families, medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to participate in the Company's 401k plan. Employees will also receive eight (8) hours of vacation leave every month and (13) paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
