We're currently seeking a Contract Technical Recruiter to join our team and support one of our key MSP accounts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, delivery-focused recruiting environment and has a passion for connecting talent with opportunity.
What You'll Do:
Recruiting & Talent Delivery (MSP-Focused):
- Support full-cycle recruitment for a single, high-volume MSP client
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and internal tools
- Screen 50+ resumes daily using strategic keyword searches
- Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers or internal teams
- Manage candidate communication, interview scheduling, and offer coordination
- Post job openings across platforms and maintain candidate pipelines in ATS
MSP Partnership & Compliance:
- Ensure alignment with the MSP's processes, timelines, and compliance standards
- Deliver high-quality candidates within tight deadlines and with high responsiveness
- Partner closely with account managers and client contacts to meet ongoing talent needs
- Track submittals, interview activity, and status updates in real time
What You Bring:
- 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or staffing (MSP/RPO experience a plus)
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, volume-heavy environment
- Familiarity with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and major job boards
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships quickly
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Bachelor's degree highly preferred
